Booth spaces are approximately 10×10 (outdoor) spaces. Spaces are available in the parking lot outside Against the Grain and on College Street. Some spaces may be larger depending on their location. Spaces will be pre assigned and you will be notified of your booth assignment by phone on 5/11/2017.
Booth Fee is $20.00. Complete Vendor Application and pay through our website or download PDF Vendor Application and mail check and completed Vendor Application or bring cash and completed Vendor Application to Against The Grain at 409 1st Street, Cheney, WA 99004.
Describe booth activity/items for sale (NO SALE OF FIRE WORKS, FIREARMS, ALCOHOL, OR TOBACCO OF ANY KIND, you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your fee)
Set up begins Saturday, May 13th at 7:00 am. Please let us know if you plan on arriving before 7:00 am so that we can make arrangements if necessary. Friday night set up is NOT an option. If you choose to set up Friday night, the Cheney Mayfest Association is not liable for any merchandise/equipment that is damaged, stolen etc.
Vendors need to be sure that their area is clean of all garbage/items by 5:00 pm on Saturday, May 13th, 2017 (unless other arrangements have been made). If your vendor area is not clean, there will be an additional $15.00 fee. We will have several garbage cans available to you.
The Cheney Mayfest vendor start time is 9:00 am. All vendors must be up and running by 9:00 am.
You must comply with all federal, state and local laws, report and pay all federal, state and local taxes due as a result of operations at this site. The Cheney Mayfest Association is not responsible for any losses you may experience. You are responsible for your own security. The Cheney Mayfest Association does not endorse this vendor or product.
