Booth spaces are approximately 10×10 (outdoor) spaces. Some spaces may be larger depending on their location. Spaces will be pre assigned and you will be notified of your booth assignment by phone on 5/10/2018. During this call, you will also be notified of where to unload your booth items and where to park during the event.

Booth Fee is $20.00. Complete Vendor Application and pay through our website or download PDF Vendor Application and mail check payable to Cheney MayFesters and completed Vendor Application to Holiday Inn Express Attn: Debbie Anderson  111 W Betz Rd, Cheney, WA 99004.

Describe booth activity/items for sale (NO SALE OF FIREWORKS, FIREARMS, ALCOHOL, OR TOBACCO OF ANY KIND, you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your fee)


Location: Downtown Historic Cheney, WA 99004

Set Up: begins Saturday, May 12th at 8:00 am. Please let us know if you plan on arriving before
8:00am so that we can make arrangements if necessary. Friday night set up is NOT an option. If you
choose to set up Friday night, the Cheney MayFesters are not liable for any merchandise/equipment
that is damaged, stolen etc.

Clean Up: Vendors need to be sure that their area is clean of all garbage/items by 6pm on Saturday
May 12th 2018 (unless other arrangements have been made). If your vendor area is not clean, there
will be an additional $15.00 fee. We will have several garbage cans available to you.

Start Time: The 2018 Cheney MayFest vendor start time is 10:00am. All vendors must be up and running
by 10:00am.

Hours of Operation: All vendors must stay open the entire length of the event (10am-5pm)
Other: You must comply with all federal, state and local laws, report and pay all federal, state and local taxes due as a result of operations at this site. Cheney MayFesters are not responsible for any losses you may experience. You are responsible for your own security. Cheney MayFesters do not endorse this vendor or product.

Hold Harmless Agreement
I/We, as a participating vendor(s) of Cheney MayFest, hereby agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the Cheney MayFesters and its representatives from any and all liability including product claims arising out of operations of my/our vendor booth(s) and product during the event. It is understood and agreed that the above mentioned organizations will NOT assume any responsibility for vendor operations nor insurance protection.
